Petly Patient Portal
The Petly Patient Portal is our online patient portal that connects you to SouthPaw Animal Clinic and your pet’s personal vaccination records. As one of the Pet Parents of SouthPaw Animal Clinic, you get free access to an account on the Petly online portal.
With this account, you will have access to all of the following great features:
- Online appointment requests
- Prescription refill requests
- Email and text reminders for your pet’s medical needs and appointments
- On-demand access to your pet’s vaccination records
- Informative health articles
In addition to your access to out Petly Patient Portal, Pet Parents get a monthly e-newsletter to the email that is associated with your pet’s clinic record. Our monthly e-newsletter provides information about SouthPaw Animal Clinic, current events, and articles to help you learn new and interesting things about your pet and their health.

Getting Access To Petly & Getting Started
When you bring your pet to SouthPaw Animal Clinic for the first time, we will have you provide your contact information and information about your pet such as details regarding your pet’s activities and health history. When filling out your contact information, we encourage you to include a valid email address for us to put on file, which is then used to send patient reminders and a monthly newsletter. You will also get an invitation to create a Petly account for each of your pets.
You will receive an email within a couple of days of your first appointment with instructions to activate your new Petly account. Follow the instructions, set your password, and access your account. Your pet’s records are automatically available via this portal, and you have the ability to further customize your account by adding an image of your pet.
